Who we are
The Territory Engine is a Google Ads and landing page service for pest control companies, operated by Saqib Rauf from the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, and what we do with it. You can reach us at hello@theterritoryengine.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, city, website, and anything you write to us, whether by email, text message, the request form on this site, or a WhatsApp message.
- Usage information: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and the site or ad that referred you. We collect this with Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which use cookies and similar technologies.
- Call information: the date, time and length of calls to your tracking number, and the caller’s area code, from Google’s call log. We do not record calls.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and deliver anything you ask for, such as a city ad plan or a proposal.
- To provide and manage our services if you become a client.
- To understand how the site is used and to measure how well our advertising works.
- To meet legal and tax obligations and to protect against fraud and misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, for example Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (which runs the Facebook and Instagram ads that may have brought you here, and WhatsApp if you message us there), FormSubmit (which delivers the request form on this site to our inbox), Stripe (which processes payments), and our email, messaging, and payment providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It also uses the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads, to count requests, and to show our ads to people who visited this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. The site still works if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email us at the address above and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor requests where they apply.
Security and where data is processed
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and in other countries.
Who this site is for
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
